Using the service

Every Input helps people explore public restaurant records and understand kitchen inputs. By using an account or submitting content, you agree to these terms. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in links, and use the service lawfully. You must be authorized to submit information or request access on behalf of a restaurant.

What the information means

Restaurant records, personal matches, and evidence labels are informational. Public records are historical and may be incomplete or out of date. Preferences are not universal health scores. Every Input does not certify food safety, diagnose health conditions, or guarantee the absence of an ingredient or allergen.

For allergies, medical requirements, or other critical needs, confirm the relevant practices directly with the restaurant. An inspection grade does not establish a restaurant’s ingredients, cookware, or sourcing. Read our standards for the scope of each label.

Restaurant claims and submissions

Claiming a listing starts an ownership review; submitting a request is not approval. Ownership approval and evidence review are separate. Upload only material you have the right to share, and do not misrepresent a product, supplier, date, or kitchen practice.

You retain rights in your submitted material and allow us to store, process, and review it to provide the service. Original evidence files remain private workspace material. Any extracted information is a draft until reviewed. You are responsible for checking draft accuracy and requesting corrections when practices change.

Free profiles and the Pro preview

The free restaurant profile has no subscription fee. When processing tools are available, your first eligible evidence upload after ownership approval starts a 14-day Pro preview with 1 kitchen photo submission and 10 invoice pages. While processing is unavailable or ownership is pending, you can save up to 3 private drafts per workspace; saving those drafts does not start the preview clock. No payment card is required. The preview does not automatically become a paid subscription or cause a charge.

Processing capacity is a usage limit, not a promise that every file can be read accurately. Automated output may need correction, and some files may require manual review.

Optional Pro billing

Pro is $49 per location per month, or $490 per location per year, saving $98 compared with 12 monthly payments. It includes 50 invoice pages and 2 kitchen photo submissions per month. Additional purchase terms, applicable taxes, renewal timing, and any cancellation controls are shown during checkout.

Paid checkout is available only when billing is enabled and ownership is approved. A subscription starts only after an explicit purchase; creating an account, claiming a restaurant, or uploading preview evidence is not consent to pay. Do not complete a purchase unless the price and terms shown are acceptable to you.

Use account support for billing issues, cancellation help, or refund requests. Refunds are reviewed against the circumstances of the charge and applicable requirements; these terms do not promise an automatic refund or limit rights that cannot be excluded.

Payment does not buy trust

Subscriptions pay for tools and capacity. They do not purchase better rankings, favorable matching, evidence approval, or stronger trust labels. The same review standards apply to free and paid restaurants.

Respectful, responsible use

Do not upload unlawful or misleading material, disclose another person’s private information without permission, impersonate a business, attempt to access another workspace, abuse the service, or interfere with its security. We may restrict access or remove submissions that violate these terms or put the service or others at risk.

A service in beta

Features and coverage are developing. Availability, source freshness, and processing accuracy can vary. We may correct errors or change features as the service evolves. Nothing here creates an endorsement by a restaurant, a government agency, a supplier, or a person shown in editorial imagery.

Use account support for account, content, billing, or terms questions. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date above identifies this version. The privacy policy explains how account information and evidence are handled.
