Will paying for Pro improve my ranking?
No. Paid plans add tools and processing capacity. Rankings, matches, evidence labels, and review decisions use the same rules for every restaurant.
Is the profile really free?
Yes. You can claim a profile and keep the free plan. When processing tools are available, your first eligible upload after ownership approval starts a 14-day Pro preview. It requires no card and never turns into a paid subscription automatically. While processing is unavailable, you can save up to 3 private drafts without starting the preview clock.
Are my invoices public?
No. Uploaded originals stay private. Claims begin with an ownership review. Any public input information must go through its own review; uploading a document does not publish it.
What if some of our inputs are still unknown?
That’s okay. Unknown means there is not enough current evidence. It is shown clearly, and is never silently counted as a match or a failure.
Where is Every Input available?
The current beta covers restaurant listings in Santa Monica from Los Angeles County public records. If your location is missing, use account support to request a correction.
